Multicultural art is one of the best ways to get children interested in other cultures and foster their connection to the world community. Not only is art fun to do, it also provides a hands-on learning experience. In addition, the produced artworks can be taken home where they will continue to inspire. In their Thai culture classes, students of Grade 8 had fun learning how to weave. Grade 9 made their own hand-painted bags, using a traditional Thai drawing technique.
