The RIS Swiss Section steering group would like to present to you today the results of our 360-degree survey on school satisfaction from May 2023 and explain the planned measures for the further improvement of our school.
First of all, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who participated in this survey. Due to the high level of participation from the school community, we received meaningful and representative data that gives us valuable insight into the needs and desires of all stakeholders and serves as a basis for our school development.
The survey covered four quality areas, which in turn covered numerous characteristics and subcategories:
- school as a living space
- teaching and teaching climate
- school culture and school climate
- voice and participation
We are pleased to inform you that the results can basically be assessed as very positive. Students, parents and teachers are satisfied with learning, living and working at RIS Swiss Section. Nevertheless, we have identified features that we can further improve . In doing so, we place three focal points in the area of “Teaching and Teaching Climate”:
– Assessment (pre- and post-assessment).
– Adjustment of teaching times
– Homework
To optimize these areas, we are already working to improve them through targeted measures. We are confident that these measures will soon help to further improve the quality of our school in the area of teaching and to meet the needs of our students. We will keep you informed about the progress of the projects and look forward to a continued successful cooperation.
