BVB International Academy – Thailand
BVB International Football Academy Thailand is based on a partnership between RIS Swiss Section – Deutschsprachige Schule Bangkok with the renowned Bundesliga football club Borussia Dortmund (BVB) from Germany. A BVB coach is permanently stationed at RIS Swiss Section. Initiatives encompass training programs for participating players, financial support of local, external players as well as dispatching selected players and coaches to the BVB Evonik Football Academy in Dortmund.

Tobias Lederer
With extensive experience and a deep passion for football, Tobias proudly represents Borussia Dortmund and its esteemed philosophy. Committed to creating a player-centered environment, their coaching approach emphasizes engagement and support, fostering individualism and motivation. Believing in holistic development, Tobias empowers young athletes to excel in football and reach their full potential.
David Haas
With professional experience as a footballer in Europe and Asia (Austria, England, and Thailand) and as an AFC “C” License graduate, I am very confident in my ability to support the team and contribute to various important aspects of football. I am fluent in German, English, and Thai, and I can also offer valuable insights into cultural topics beyond the realm of football.
Diego Silva
I am a former professional footballer with playing and coaching experience across four continents: South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. I am dedicated to coaching and mentoring young players while enhancing their tactical understanding and game analysis. As a role model, I provide guidance to aspiring footballers, supporting their career development both on and off the pitch.
- Commitment: Players confirm that they will regularly attend at least 2 out of 3 training sessions per week. Being on time is expected. Players agree to train on Saturdays and/or participate in games on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Clothing: During training and games, players must wear the BVB football kit.
- Team spirit: We are a team. We work together towards our goals.
- Fair play: We play fairly and with full commitment. We give our best in every training session and game. Integrity is very important to us.
- Respect and support: We respect and support each other. Encouragement and recognition of others’ achievements foster a positive environment.
- Conflict resolution: We do not argue. We find solutions together.
- Inclusivity: We do not laugh at others. Kindness and empathy help build a supportive team culture.
- Fun: We have fun together. Having fun strengthens team cohesion and improves performance.
Pudthatnin Khamking
I am a youth football coach with a strong passion for long-term player development. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and believe in using evidence-based training methods to support each player’s growth—both on and off the pitch. At BVB International Academy Thailand, I’m committed to helping young players enjoy the process, build strong fundamentals, and develop the mindset of lifelong learners.
Sep Haeve
With experience in high-level Thai youth football, coaching in international schools, and graphic design, I bring creativity and expertise both on and off the field. I can speak Dutch, English, and Thai, and I am committed to supporting players in their development and helping them grow with confidence.
