At RIS Swiss Section, Deutschsprachige Schule Bangkok, students have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of extracurricular activities that complement their academic pursuits. Where can I go to study after graduation?
With the Swiss Bilingual Matura diploma, students have direct access to universities in Switzerland, Germany and Austria as well as worldwide.
Are there on-site healthcare professionals, such as a nurse or counselor?
Yes, we have a clinic on-site providing medical services, including first aid and nursing care. In cases of high risk that cannot be managed by our nurse, we have an arrangement with a coordinating hospital that will dispatch an ambulance to transport the children in emergency situations.
What curriculum do you follow?
We follow the German and Swiss curricula. At the secondary level, this would be the Swiss bilingual Matura program
What are the school hours and holiday schedule?
Our school commences at 8:00 AM, with a recommended arrival time for children at 7:30 AM.
Nursery through Primary school classes conclude at 2:35 PM, while secondary school dismissal times vary by grade, concluding no later than 3:45 PM.
Are there any requirements for students to have personal devices like tablets or laptops?
Children do not need to bring their own laptops or personal devices, as our school provides these for students to borrow as needed
