Our goal is to empower students to make independent, informed decisions about their academic and professional futures through a structured career guidance approach. Work Experience – Grade 9: First Insights into Career Development

A central component of our program is the Grade 9 work placement, which gives students hands-on experience and helps them explore career interests while building essential skills for job applications and the transition into the working world.

Economic Week – Grades 9 & 10: Encouraging Entrepreneurial Thinking 

During Economic Week, students take on the role of company leaders – supported by experienced managers from Switzerland. 

In this realistic business simulation, students:

Career Day offers valuable insights from professionals in various fields. Experts share their daily work experiences, personal career paths, and the challenges of their professions. Students can ask specific questions and begin building professional networks – a direct and authentic connection to the world of work. 

Orientation Day – Grade 10: Discovering Individual Strengths 

On Grade 10 Orientation Day, students explore their skills, interests, and future goals by developing a personal competence, interests, and future profile. 

They gain a better understanding of various career and study options and learn how to use digital resources to explore their possibilities – a strong foundation for future decisions.
